General Clean of Common areas
- Clean* all light fixtures, mirrors and ceiling fans
- Clean and disinfect all light switches, door handles, remote controls and cabinet hardware
- Clean and disinfect all countertop surfaces and backsplashes
- Clean all surface items**: picture frames, knick-knacks and other décor items
- Clean all window ledges and blinds
- Spot clean outside of cabinets
- Clean baseboards and sliding door tracks
- Shake out small area rugs
- Empty all trash and replace bags
- Vacuum all floors, including underneath furniture
- Mop all floors
*clean = using a microfiber or cloth towel and appropriate cleaning solution
**surface items = overly cluttered surfaces, where the tabletop is not visible, will be cleaned by request
