Initial Deep Clean

Typically the first visit before starting a recurring service is a Top to Bottom Deep Clean or more well known as a “Spring Clean.”

Before we can start the recurring cleaning of your home, we need to bring the condition of the home back to maintenance level. This means getting rid of the “old dirt” which requires extra time and effort. We focus on hand wiping and detailing the framework of the home including baseboards, doors, and other neglected areas of the home prone to collection of “old dirt.”

Additional Deep Cleaning

This will take additional time, sometimes double or triple the amount of time of a maintenance clean. Often if we don’t start with a Deep Clean, the old dirt will always be there.

If a home has not been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days or does not meet our standard of dirt code to be passed as a general clean, must be deep cleaned.

Deep Cleans are also recommended:

  • Annually for a regularly maintained home
  • Quarterly for homes that are not often regularly cleaned
  • Before special events/occasions or having guests come over
  • Anytime your home is feeling extra clutters or needs extra TLC

Move in/Move outs

Moving can be stressful, but our professional cleaning services make it easier! We specialize in move-out/move-in cleans, ensuring your old place sparkles for the next occupants and your new home is fresh and ready for you.

This type of deep clean can be more challenging than a regular deep clean because of the large area space exposed. These services include wiping inside cabinets, window stills, baseboards, floors and spot cleaning walls. We recommend these services be done while the property is vacant and free from boxes or furniture.
